Validation Study of Creative Leadership Scale for Adult Learners

본 연구는 성인 창의적 리더십 검사의 타당화를 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 먼저 성인학습자의 특성과 창의성, 리더십 및 창의적 리더십에 관한 선행연구 분석결과를 기반으로 하고, 전문가 협의 및 검토를 통해 검사 문항을 구성하였다. 창의적 리더십은 최근 다양한 문헌을 통해 중요성이 더욱 강조되는 것에 비해 연구는 미미하다는 측면에서, 본 연구에서는 창의적 리더십의 개념을 재정의하고 구성요인을 밝히는데 초점을 두었으며, 검사를 제작하여 타당화를 실시하였다. 검사 문항을 구성하고 예비검사를 거쳐 최종 문항을 확정한 후, 서울·경기지역을 중심으로 성인기에 속하는 연령대 412명을 피검사자로 선정하여 자료를 수집한 후 타당화를 실시하였다. 상호상관, 신뢰도, 타당도를 확인하였는데, 연구결과 성인 창의적 리더십 검사는 타당한 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 성인학습자가 처한 환경과 발달(연령)수준에 따라 각기 다른 특성을 보였지만 신뢰도, 타당도 분석결과에 의해 창의적 리더십 검사의 신뢰도, 타당도가 확보되었음을 확인하였다. 연구결과에 근거하여 성인 창의적 리더십의 발달단계별 특성과의 관련성에 대한 후속 연구를 제안하였다.

It is important to identify the creative leadership at the level of adult learners. Because screening and measure of leadership is linked to program eligibility, developing an assessment tool for creative leadership is an important step to serve this population. This study focused on developing and validating the creative leadership scale for adult learners, therefore the aim of this study was to validate the scale for adult learners and identify the characteristics of creative leadership of adult learners. Basis on the literature review, the creative leadership domains were conceptualized and the scale was developed. And then applied it to 412 subjects of national wide adult population. The result of this study were as follows. First, adult creative leadership scale were validated. Second, creative leadership sub-variable were identified. In conclusion, even though there were some limitation in research design, it can be concluded that the `Creative Leadership Scale for Adult Learners` will be an useful tool for adults education. Despite some limitations, the present study has significance in that this study developed an effective measurement tool to enhance creative leadership development and education for adults. It also anticipated that this study will serve as a stimulus to further study on creativity, leadership and creative leadership education for adults.
