서울시 1인가구의 거주지 분포변화에 관한 연구

A Study on the Spatial Distribution Change of One Person Households: The Case of Seoul -Focus on Change of Age, Gender-

본 연구는 서울지역의 1인가구 거주지 분포 변화에 대하여 2005년 2010년 실시된 '인구주택총조사'를 바탕으로 서울시에 거주하는 1인가구를 25개 자치구, 424개 행정동 단위로 분류하여 수행되었다. 분석결과, 2010년의 서울시 1인가구 자치구별 거주지는 2005년과 비교적 유사한 모습을 보이고 있으나, 기존에 높은 비율을 보였던 지역들의 1인가구 비중은 소폭 감소한 반면, 용산구, 동작구, 금천구 지역의 1인가구 비중은 증가하는 것으로 나타났고 행정동별의 경우 LQ지수가 1보다 큰 지역이 2005년에 비하여 11개동 늘어난 것으로 분석되었다. 또한, 연령별 1인가구 거주지 변화를 살펴본 결과 35세 미만의 청년층 1인가구는 주로 신림동 고시촌과 대학교 주변에 집중되어 있고, 35세~59세의 중장년층 1인가구는 도심권 및 산업 밀집지역에 집중된 것으로 나타난 가운데 60세 이상의 노인층 1인가구는 주로 전통적 도심지인 사대문 및 주요 부도심지역인 노원구, 도봉구, 중랑구, 강북구 등의 지역에 많이 거주하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 최근 젊은 연령층에서는 2005년에 비하여 2010년에 LQ지수가 감소하며 LQ지수가 1이상인 지역의 수 역시 감소한 것으로 나타나 1인가구 밀집이 지역 내 이동 및 분화를 통해 2005년 보다 완화된 것으로 분석되었으나, 60세 이상의 1인가구는 2005년과 대체로 비슷하거나 좀 더 증가한 것으로 나타났으며, 지역수도 2005년 보다 15개동이 더 늘어난 것으로 분석되어 최근 1인가구는 젊은층보다는 노인층의 증가폭이 더욱 커진 것으로 분석되었다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the spatial distribution patterns changes of single-person household based on '2005-2010 Population and Housing Census'. As the result of study conducted by classifying single-person household into the unit of 25 autonomous districts and 424 Haengjeong-dong, the spatial distribution patterns of single-person household on Seoul in 2010 show similar with in 2005. However, while the existing areas seen in the high proportion of one-person households slightly has been reduced, the portion has increased in Yongsan-gu, Dongjak-gu and Geumcheon-gu. In terms of Haengjeong-dong, 11 Dong having Location Quotient index greater than one has increased compared to 2005. Also, as the result of analysis by age, one person households younger than 35 years old tend to concentrate on go-si-chon or near the university. On the other hand, middle and old aged one person households usually concentrate on downtown and industrial area. And the study shows that older than 60 years old households are living in conventional downtown Sadaemun and the secondary center of the city such as Nowon-gu, Dobong-gu, Jungrang-gu and Gangbuk-gu. While the concentration of younger one person households has been relaxed, one person households older than 60 years old are similar or increased with in 2005.
