중국의 의료기기 수입관리제도에 관한 고찰

A Study on the Import Management System of Medical Device in China

The government regulates the production, manufacturing, safety regulations, distribution of medical equipment, ensures the safety of the sale, to secure intellectual property rights. In addition, because the authentication permit system among countries are different, it is acting as non-tariff barriers to international trade. In fact, China is increasingly strengthening its technical regulations for the registration of manufacturing facilities, inspection and approval of the product, as our industry requires an active response. Therefore, in the study, the authors take a look at the trade relationship with Korea and the current status of the medical equipment industry in China and consider the contents of legal basis, management organization, regulatory system, such as authentication import management system of medical equipment in China. Finally, it is intended to provide suggestions and features of the import control system of medical equipment in China.
