A Study on Entry and Exit Inspection and Quarantine of Fisheries Products in China

In this study, tried to derive the meaning and content of the quarantine agreements about import and export marine products of China. Results of this study, China was revised in 2010, the applicable law by dividing each of the import inspection and quarantine and the export inspection and quarantine. And the role and the institutional subject to supervision it has been found that they are defined by finely divided than the provisions. And the health quarantine agreement which was entered into in China between South Korea in 2001, the main contents of the contents about the format of the health certificate and health inspection standards and hygiene inspection item. Result of examining comprehensively and intermediate sanitary quarantine agreements and sanitary quarantine regulations and sanitary quarantine system in China, sanitary quarantine system in China is considered to have reached the international level. But distrust of seafood has increased along with the increasing demand of the domestic high-end marine products in China, in order to export to China of quality marine products of Korean, it is believed that must be switched the exports oriented policy of sanitary quarantine of China.
