보육교사의 성인애착, 효능감, 훈육방식과 유아의 문제행동간의 관계연구

A study on adult attachment, efficacy, discipline styles of educare teachers and children's behavioral problems

보육교사는 부모를 보조하여 양육자의 역할을 담당하고 있으므로 유아의 전인적인 발달에 중요한 영향을 미치는 인적요인이라고 할 수 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 보육교사의 심리적인 변인이 유아의 문제행동에 미치는 영향에 대한 논의는 미흡하다. 본 연구의 목적은 어린이집에서 타인양육을 경험하고 있는 영유아와 이들을 담당하고 있는 보육교사를 대상으로 보육교사의 성인애착, 효능감, 훈육방식이 유아의 문제행동에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자한다. 이를 위하여 서울과 경기지역 및 경상북도 지역에 소재한 23개 어린이집에 다니고 있는 만 2-5세 영유아 866명과 그들의 담임교사 135명을 대상으로 조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 교사변인간의 관계에서는 첫째, 보육교사의 성인애착은 교사의 효능감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사의 성인애착은 교사의 훈육방식에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 보육교사의 효능감은 교사의 훈육방식에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 교사변인과 유아의 문제행동 관계에서는 첫째, 보육교사의 성인애착과 효능감이 유아의 문제행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만 교사의 훈육방식은 유아의 문제행동에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사의 효능감은 교사의 훈육방식에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 보육교사의 효능감은 유아의 문제행동에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 보육교사의 훈육방식은 유아의 문제행동에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 보육교사의 성인애착, 효능감, 훈육방식, 유아의 문제행동은 서로에게 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다.

An educare teacher assumes the role of assisting parents in children's education and therefore plays a critical role in an children's character development. Nevertheless, there has been only few discussions on the impact the psychological factors of educare teacher has on children's behavioral problems. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact the adult attachment, efficacy and discipline styles of educare teachers has on behavioral problems of infants and children who are under their care. The study was conducted on 866 infants and children with the age between 2 to 5 in 23 kindergarten in Seoul, Geyongi and Gyeonsangbuk-do areas with 135 teachers who are in charge of their care. As a result, the following results were obtained among various teaching variables. First, adult attachment of educare teachers has a significant impact on the efficacy of teaching. Second, adult attachment of educare teachers has a significant impact on the teacher's discipline styles. Third, efficacy of educare teachers has a significant impact on teacher's discipline styles. In terms of the relationship between teaching variables and children's behavioral problems, the following results were obtained. First, the adult attachment and efficacy of educare teachers have a significant impact on behavioral problems of children. On the contrary, educare teachers' discipline styles did not impact children's behavioral problems significantly. Second, the efficacy of educare teachers has a significant impact on discipline styles. Third, the efficac of educare teachers has a significant impact on children's behavioral problems. Fourth, the discipline styles of educare teachers does not affect children's behavioral problem significantly. In conclusion, the adult attachment, efficacy and discipline styles of educate teacher and the behavioral problem of children affect one another in a significant way in general.
