보육교직원의 사회적 자본이 문제해결능력에 미치는 영향 연구

A Study on the Influence in Childcare Staff's Social Capital Affecting their Problem Solving Ability

본 연구의 목적은 오늘날 보육서비스가 더욱 더 강조되는 시점에서 보육교직원의 사회적 자본이 어떠한가를 파악하고 문제해결능력에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 울산광역시 어린이집에 근무하는 보육교직원 622명을 대상으로 선정하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 12.O을 사용하여 설문항에 따라 빈도, 평균을 구하고 보육교직원의 참여가 문제해결능력에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 단순회귀분석(simple regression analysis)을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 보육교직원의 참여, 네트워크, 신뢰, 규범이 문제해결능력에 미치는 종합적인 영향을 분석하기 위해 다중회귀분석(multiple regression analysis)을 실시한 결과 회귀식은(R²=.49, F=148.785, p<.001)로 99.9% 신뢰수준에서 통계적으로 유의한 영향 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 독립변인별로 보면 신뢰(β=.244, p<.001), 규범 (β=.479, p<.001) 으로 95% 신뢰수준 이상에서 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치고 있다. 참여, 네트워크, 신뢰, 규범이 보육교직원의 문제해결능력에 미치는 종합적인 영향은 부분 채택되었다. 본 연구에서 사회적 자본은 크게 참여, 네트워크, 신뢰 규범의 4가지 차원과 관계적 차원으로 이들 간의 인과관계를 통해 보육교직원의 능력 향상에 긍정적인 효과를 갖는다는 것이 밝혀졌다.

In this study, social capital is significantly involved in the network, trust and relational norms of the four-dimensional causal relationship between these dimensions of the care staff have a positive effect on skills, it is revealed.
