Study on the Living Compensation in the Implementation of Public Development Project

1. CONTENTS (1) Research Objectives This study aims to review the meaning and characteristics of the living compensation in the implementation of the public development project, and draw the problems in the system of the living compensation and the improvement measures and remedies for them. (2) Resesrch Method This study has tried to draw the conclusion by studying the related documents and analyzing the characteristics of the adminstrative works for the living compensation. (3) Research Findings As the result of this study, I have grasped that the laws and regulations for the living compensation are incomplete, and the character of the compensation is unclear, and there are problems in the application of the living compensation. 2. RESULTS Through this study, I have proposed the legalization of the system for the living compensation, and the disambiguation of the criteria for the living compensation and the introduction of diverse kinds of systems for the living compensation and recipients.
