Analysis of Preference Factor for Residential Environment in Types of Urban-Life-Housing

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES This study has the purpose to analyze the residential environment factor about type of urban-type living housing for urban-type living housing habitants. (2) RESEARCH METHOD The research methode is divided to set up residential environment factor and to analyze importance between factors. The residential environment factor is established through the review current system and the advanced research. The importance analysis is used by Conjoint Analysis. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS Preference characteristics of habitant is derived based on effectiveness indices from conjoint analysis, preferences characteristics and differences are analyzed category in urban-life housing(multi-household house, row house, one-room type house). 2. RESULTS In result of this study, it is improved as follows, firstly, setting institutional standard is needed that should be efficient use of space within a small space and living condition like Interlayer noise, ventilation in case of urban-life housing. Secondly, setting institutional standard is needed that supply park and open space in over a certain size of urban-life housing for improving the quality of living environment. Thirdly, in case of habitant, the area which has accessibility with park and sports facilities such as subway station and bus station is needed supply when urban life housing is supplied.
