A Study on the Elevation Alternatives of Utilization Ratio in Real Estate Auction Information Service: Focused on Real Estate Information and Customer Service Sectors

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The purpose of this research is to study the elevation alternatives of utilization ratio in real estate auction information service. The data of this research were collected from the users of real estate auction information service across the nation. (2) RESEARCH METHOD This study was focused on survey analysis. The data for the analysis were collected from the questionnaire. This study was analyzed by using the analytic techniques such as correlation analysis and logistic regression. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS The key alternatives for elevating the utilization ratio of real estate auction information service were accurate rights analysis, additional information, company achievement and brand reputation in the group of consumer. 2. RESULTS This study offers the alternatives for elevating the utilization ratio of real estate auction information service on the basis of the users' experience.
