1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES In this study, in order to suggest ways to improve the law for the protection of small traders to investigate the problem of commercial building Lease Protection Act. (2) RESEARCH METHOD In this study, to investigate the existing literature on the issue of commercial building lease Act, by analyzing the main view of the case law and scholars of literature and research methods were chosen for obtaining a new interpretation and challenges. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS Conversion deposit scheme on commercial building Lease Protection Act to protect the tenant's deposit within a certain amount of the rent deposit and a constant by limiting the number of tenants are excluded from the protection of the law, commercial buildings, many of these issues have been raised. 2.
