수출지원 정책이 기술혁신형 중소기업 만족도에 미치는 영향

The Effect on Satisfaction of Technology Innovation Small and Medium-sized Enterprises using Export Support Policies

This study was to confirm the number of export support and company s export performance satisfaction using sample of technology innovation small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs). Technology Innovation SMEs increased from 19.8% in 2010 to 24.3% in 2012. Regression analysis was performed to validate the hypothesis by using the SPSS21 program with survey data acquired from 209 companies. The study results showed that the number of export support and company s export performance satisfaction was a statistically significant relationship.(The hypothesis 1) Also, the number of export support and the satisfaction of export support was a statistically significant relationship.(The hypothesis 2) In the case of Hypothesis 3, I analyzed the relation of the satisfaction of export support and government support policies(R&D support, Financial support, Manpower support, Export support, Patent preferential examination support). The other policy support was statistically insignificant except for export support policies.
