This research examines the relationship between antecedents, positive psychological capital and peifonnance. To implement the empirical research, the survey is carried out to total 280 individuals of various organization. Regression analysis were used to verify the research model. The results of the survey show that coaching leadership, job autonomy and learning goal orientation had significant and direct effects on positive psychological capital. and it also was found that positive psychological capital have positive and significant effects on peiformance measured with job satisfaction and organization citiz.enship behaviors. In addition, positive psychological capital partial mediate the relationship between antecedents and peiformance variables. The limits of this paper are discussed and future research directions are also suggested.
