Despite the benefits that enterprise resource planning (ERP) provides in managing and integrating the business processes in an organization, the rate of successful ERP implementation is low, and even companies decide to give up ERP implementation. The purpose of the study is to identify the critical success factors (CSFs) in ERP implementation, and suggest a new model for ERP implementation by analyzing the relationships between CSFs and successful ERP system. This study presents the integrated CSFs cluster model in ERP implementation, which has four components: ERP construction environment, ERP implementation of CSFs, ERP performance, and business performance. The integrated CSFs cluster model creates a ripple effect caused by the relationships among the various components in the CSFs cluster, and influences the effect on ERP performance and business performance in particular.
