A Study on the Quality Management Improvement for Community Social Service Investment

The object of this study is to provide the practical guidance for the quality management of Community Social Service Investment by analyzing the evaluation index on organizations providing early intervention services for children with problem behaviors. To make up for the current evaluation index limitations, this study suggests following alternatives add on index list : 1)environment sector 2)using public site 3)guardian involvement 4)providing treatment information 5)supervision 6)user's felt satisfaction 7)process to resolve the user's demands. Finally, this study provides procedural measures for quality management of Community Social Service Investment.
