부산 사회서비스기관들의 네트워크 구조적 특성과 서비스품질과의 관계

Network Structural Characteristic of Social Service Organizations in Buasn on Service Quality

본 연구는 부산 사회서비스기관의 네트워크 구조적 특성이 서비스 품질과 어떠한 관계가 있는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 부산지역사회서비스 115개 기관 중 79개 기관에 대한 설문지를 분석하였다. 네트워크 구조적 특성을 파악하기 위해 UCINET, NETMINER를 사용하였고 각 기관들의 네트워크 구조적 특성과 서비스 품질과의 관계를 파악하기 위해 다중회귀분석(Multiple Regression Analysis)을 시행하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 부산 사회서비스기관들은 개별적으로 평균 46개의 연결(link) 수를 가지고 있으며, 네트워크 구조적 특성에서는 사회복지법인들이 중심적인 위치를 차지하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 네트워크 구조적 특성과 서비스품질과의 관계는 연결중심성과 근접중심성이 서비스 품질에 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 통제변수 중 기관장 요인이 서비스 품질에서 유의미한 수준에서 영향력이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 사회서비스기관들의 네트워크의 구조적 특성과 사업의 성과, 서비스 품질과의 관계에 대하여 실천적 제언을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to find out the network structure of social service agencies in Busan. The study examined the relationship between network characteristics and service quality. The survey questionnaires from 79 social service agencies among 115 were collected from November 1, 2011 to March, 1 2012. The result shows/reveals that each agency has 46 links in average. Social welfare foundations are positioned at the center of the network. For the relationship between network characteristics and service quality, the higher the degree of degree centrality and closeness centrality, the higher the service quality of agencies. Also, this study finds that the factors regarding the directors of the agencies are associated with service quality. Finally, we discuss the methods of developing the network of social service agencies in order to improve the service quality.
