창조성의 선행력 신장을 위한 교수-학습방법에 관한 고찰

This study is about the teaching-learning method to grow virtue that is an element of value ability in moral area in creativity. Virtue in creativity is the core of moral character in creativity and is an element of human abilities for creating value. In other words, virtue is practiced by moral judgment based on human conscience and is related the whole areas of human life. Moral practice can be the rules of the acts to contribute to happiness of communities, and it creates culture, the common good, through its growth of value and also creates cultural value and personality through the cultivation of moral virtues. Therefore, the nature of virtue is to create the value of personality, society, and country through the practice of virtue. To grow virtue in creativity, teaching-learning study is required to cultivate morality by making virtue grow through right recognition of moral value and value realization in the schools. The teaching-learning model for cultivating morality comprises care model, home connection model, volunteering study model, virtual experience model, concept analysis model, group study model, value conflict model, values clarification model, and role playing model. Such models are useful for achieving creative values through moral education. Human morality can be achieved by the practice of morals. Thus, the precondition that virtue is manifested as moral practice is to make moral thinking cultivated and the basis of moral judgment by such thinking provided. Such basis of moral judgment can make people achieve their personalities by good deed, moral act by moral deduction. So, moral judgment and practice manifested by virtue becomes the basis of moral education. Creative activities with free will can be done based on human conscience by making moral virtues cultivated that follow virtue and abandon vice. The growth of virtue in creativity, therefore, should be achieved by moral education.
