개인 기부자의 기부동기 및 의례화가 기부 지속성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

The Effects of Private Donor's Motivation and Ritualization on the Donations Continuity

기부에 대한 의식의 변화로 정기적으로 기부참여를 하는 사람들이 늘고 있다. 기부자의 정기적인 자선 및 기부활동의 경험은 의례성을 띄고 있다고 할 수 있으며, 새로운 시각을 가지고 기부행동을 연구할 필요성이 있다. 본 연구에서는 개인 기부자의 의례화 정도가 기부지속성에 미치는 영향관계를 살피고 있다. 조사를 위해 기부활동의 경험을 가진 응답자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 하여 경로분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 기부동기는 의례성에 정(+)의 영향관계가 나타났다. 내적인 기부동기 활성화는 정형화되고 반복적인 의례성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 의례화의 정도는 기부지속성에 정(+)의 영향관계가 나타났다. 정형적이고 반복적인 의례행동은 정기적이고 지속인 기부활동을 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과에 따라 기부자의 기부행동을 예측할 수 있고 내적인 동기유발 증대방안을 통해 기부 지속성을 높일 수 있다.

Participation in donations and regular donations that individual donors have been increasing. Donation continuity can be explained by applying the ritual theory. In this study, the degree of individual donors donate the ritualized impact on donation continuity. The final sample includes 182 respondents. Empirical findings are as follows. First, Donation motivation have positive effects on the ritualization. Second, Ritualization have positive effects on the donation continuity. Ritual behavior is regular and sustained increases in donations. Based on these findings and to predict the behavior of the base donor's motivation improvement method can be enhanced through the ritualization.
