The purpose of this study is to investigate the attitude change toward elementary school English classes. This study consisted of seventeen third-grade students and fifteen of their parents. They were interviewed twice within the course of this study; the first time prior to the semester and the second time during the semester. Results showed that expectations regarding the class level increased between the interviews, respectively. The majority of the students were satisfied with their elementary school English classes. Most of the parents were satisfied with the English class hours while the expectation with the class level decreased between first and second interviews. There is a significant difference in the cognition of students and parents. Students interest level highly increased in their elementary school English classes, while parents have decreased expectations for the aforementioned. The findings of this study suggest that elementary school English classes need to enhance in quality.
