This paper explores the effects of elementary school students' English abilities and affective attitude through the application of the UCCs(User-Created Contents)-producing English classes using SNS(Social Network Service). Subjects are sixth grade elementary school students consisting of 16 students. A UCCs-producing English instructional model using SNS was applied to the experimental class. More specifically, a class SNS was made and students used it using their smartphones. They shared the UCCs made by themselves and wrote comments on them in English. In the classroom, students discussed the plans for the UCCs in groups and made their UCCs. After classes students uploaded their UCCs to the class SNS and evaluated friends' UCCs in English. The effects of the application of the UCCs-producing English classes using SNS applied to the 6th graders on students' English skills and affective domains were fairly positive. The UCCs-producing English classes using SNS made a positive contribution to enhancing students'English skills and students' affective domains, especially in listening, speaking, the interest and participation in English class. Based on the findings from the research, a few suggestions were made for effective operations of the UCCs-producing English classes using SNS.
