CIPP 평가모형을 적용한 2009 개정 중학교 교육과정 평가지표 타당화

Validation of the Evaluation Indicators for 2009 Revised Middle School Curriculum by Applied CIPP Evaluation Model

본 연구는 1차년도 개발된 CIPP 평가모형을 적용한 2009 개정 중학교 교육과정 평가지표에 대한 타당화하는 것이다. 이에 개발된 평가지표들의 타당화를 위하여 예비조사와 본 조사를 실시하였다. 예비조사의 대상은 통합창원시에 근무하는 중학교 교사 200명이었고, 본 조사는 경상남도와 부산광역시에 근무하는 중학교 교사 227명이였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개발된 중학교 교사의 교육과정 평가지표에 대한 구인타당도를 검증하기 위해 요인분석이 수행되었다. 예비조사에서 수행된 탐색적 요인분석 결과, 1차년도에 개발된 중학교 교사의 교육과정 평가지표들 중 '학부모와 지역인사 등과의 긴밀한 협조 체제 유지'와 '교육성과 점검 및 공유' 등 2개가 삭제되었다. 이러한 요인구조를 가지고 본 조사에서 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 실행한 결과, 최종적으로 CIPP 평가모형을 적용한 2009 개정 중학교 교육과정 평가지표들은 4개의 평가준거에 29개의 평가지표들로 구성되었다. 둘째, 개발된 CIPP 평가모형을 적용한 2009 개정 중학교 교육과정 평가지표에 대한 신뢰도 분석을 위하여 신뢰도 계수 중 알파계수를 확인한 결과, 본 연구를 통하여 개발된 교육과정 평가지표는 신뢰도가 높은 것으로 확인되었다.

The purpose of this study is to validate the evaluation indicators for 2009 revised middle school curriculum by applied CIPP evaluation mode. This study carried out factor analysis to validate them. A pilot and main survey were preformed on middle teachers in Gyeongsang Nam-do and Busan Metropolitan city for their validation. Following are as results: First of all, the exploratory factor analysis was done to examine construct validity of theoretically constructed evaluation indicators of 2009 revised curriculum. As a result of exploratory factor analysis during the pilot survey, two indicators were deleted and left with 4 criterions and 27 indicators. Another exploratory factor analysis and the confirmatory factor analysis during the main survey confirmed 4criterions and 27 indicators for 2009 revised middle school curriculum. Second, for examining reliability of evaluation indicators of 2009 revised middle school curriculum, the alpha coefficient shows a high level of reliability of evaluation indicators of teaching competency.
