대학수월성 교육의 활성화 방안 연구

A study on the problems of excellence education in university and necessity and activation

본고는 대학에서의 수월성 교육의 문제점과 필요성 및 활성화 방안에 대하여 연구하였다. 이에 따른 대학에서의 수월성 교육의 문제점은 크게 두 가지로, 고등학교에서의 대학으로의 연계성이 매우 낮다는 점과 이공계 이외의 부분에 대한 논의가 미비하다는 점이다. 따라서 대학에서의 수월성 교육에 대한 필요성을 인식하고 활성화하여야 한다. 대두된 활성화 방안으로는 AP 제도 등을 더욱 활성화 하는 방안과 지속적이고 심화된 연구를 지원하는 시스템, 학ㆍ석사 통합과정 등의 방안들이 제시되어 왔다. 또한 이러한 대학에서의 수월성 교육은 지방대학의 재도약을 위해 꼭 해야 하는 부분임에 틀림없으며 현실적으로 가장 조속한 도입이 가능한 입학 전 프로그램 및 입학 후 가중치 과목의 운영이 필요하다고 볼 수 있다.

This paper has studied the problems of excellence education in university and necessity and activation. It has two main problems. One is the connectivity is very low that from the high school to the university. Another is the lack of discuss about except for natural science and engineering. Therefore, the necessity about the excellence education in the university has to be realized and to activate. The activation plan was suggested. It is further activating the system, such as AP, UP, bachelorㆍmaster degree system. Excellence education in the university is positively necessary for development of local university. And needed to operation of before and after entranced into school programs as possible as.
