The tech-innovation performance in the Mediterranean for the cooperative role of the EU & Turkey

The geographical hub for trade of flexibility and pragmatism with Ottoman than the Islamic culture, connecting the Mediterranean region and the gateway to the Middle East and European markets, technology and trade, it has played the role of a bridgehead into North Africa and Central Asia, and also transferred the creation of science. EC (European Commission), rather than the Mediterranean in North Africa may be turning the Caucasus . The countries of the Christian go to thriving there may be a priority. This is due to the strong side to Turkey's accession to the EU in terms of culture in common and all opposed to religious influence. i.e., ICT, automotive and general industries, logistics, energies, etc. between the EU R&D cooperation and Turkey's role model in the Mediterranean countries which had heterogeneous mixture like technical, innovation capabilities, diversity, or homogeneous historical islamics as 'Arab Spring' revolution. To maximize innovation of Mediterranean region by the roles between the EU and Turkey, forming a neutral network of it rather than joining the EU, and the cooperation in the development of technological innovation for them requires their commitment and responsibility.
