The Comparative Study of Patent Invalidation Ratio between Korea, Japan and U.S.A

There can be a variety of ways in patent invalidation ratio comparison between several nation. There is a difference on the patent validation system when calculating the rate of the invalidation ratio. In order to compare the ratio of South Korea and Japan, the United States, we use the same criteria as possible. However, the system will vary by country, we compared the invalid rate indirectly.
