The Government Works in Korea

The Korean Copyright Act does not protect the government works. So, the Korean Government may not claim copyright in law, regulations, judicial opinions and the like. This provision is too restrictive to have free access to the governmental materials. In my opinion, this provision shall be revised to monitor the function and role of public agencies.
