In Korea, the relationship between Copyright Act and Com- puter Program Protection Law is not clear. Because Matters necessary for the protection of computer program which is works referred to in Copyright Act, are provided for in a sep- arate Act, Computer Program Protection Law. This paper examines the rationales of "program-copyright" and inalienability of moral rights. I suggest that the Paradigm of the Computer Program Protection Law of Korea should be re-established by this study.
