Recently the government enacted "Industrial Technology Drain Prevention Act" because the existing legal system could not effectively prevent technology drain. This article tries to highlight the meaning for the enactment of the Act, and define the meaning of"Industrial Technology," that is the subject matter protected by the Act. These efforts would lead to the effective enforcement of the Act.
