This study aims to research into the fact that tour conductor's capability adjusts tourists' satisfaction in change of tourism conditions. To make an analysis on whether or not change of tourism conditions adjust in affecting tour conductor's capability and tourists' satisfaction, this study conducted a survey by forming a questionnaire on the basis of questions in advanced studies and used a statistical analysis program SPSS 17.0 window for making an analysis on the survey result. Survey period was from March 10 through 24, 2013 and 200 copies of questionnaire were distributed for sampling. As a result of actual proof analysis; first, the hypothesis "tour conductor 's capability representing his or her travel agency will have a meaningful effect on tourists' satisfaction." showed a significant result and the hypothesis that "tour conductor's capability as a travel specialist will exercise a significant effect on tourists' satisfaction." was also meaningful. So both hypothesis 1-1 and hypothesis 1-2 were adopted with .000 of significance probability. Second, as a result of verification on the hypothesis 2 "Change of tourism conditions will adjust tour conductor's capability and tourists' satisfaction factor.", R²increased gradually from 12.6% to 15.2%. Travel agency's representative capability was adopted as it was interpreted to have an effect of adjustment with .000 of significance probability (smaller than 0.05), whereas capability of travel agency's specialist was rejected with 0.081. Implications derived based on the all analytical results are as follows. First, tour conductor's capability turned out to be an important factor. Tour conductor' s capability is indispensible for future reassignment as it greatly adjusts change of tourism conditions and tourists' satisfaction. Therefore, it is necessary to enable tour conductors to improve one's capability through learning and program. Second, this study also revealed that change of tourism conditions affects tourists' satisfaction and tour conductor's capability enables tourists to obtain satisfaction by adjusting change of tourism conditions, exercising an effect on tourists' satisfaction.
