The trucking industry provides the majority of land transportation services in the Korea The article examines the effects of truck driver s management on market performance and safety performance. A literature review is undertaken to drive the model and hypotheses, and operationalize the included constructs. Structural equation modeling is used to analysis the relationship between independent factor and dependent factor on survey data from 137 tucking driver. Results of this study indicate that independent factors such as behavior-based management, perceived organizational support management and market performance each positively influence safety performance at the signψcant level(0.05). And Independent factors such as outcome-based management and perceived organizational support management also positively influence market performance. The results of this empirical study provide the based perceptions for trucking driver of supply chain management. Limitations of this study use perception data received from 137 trucking driver because of budget and time constraints. Therefore future research should incorporate more samples for a better predict of the cause and effect relationship.
