해외 사례 분석을 통한 3D 지적 표현 기법 분석

An analysis on the Representation Method for 3D Cadastre based on the Standard

지적제도를 운영하는 대부분의 국가는 토지의 경계를 2차원 형태로 도해(圖解) 또는 수치(좌표)로 등록하여 관리하고 있다. 그러나 실제 토지에 관한 권리들은 대부분 3차원 형태를 갖는다. 이를 등록하기 위한 3차원 지적에 대한 연구가 지적제도를 운영하는 대부분의 국가에서 추진되고 있다. 3D 지적에서 필지, 권리, 객체 등을 어떻게 입체적으로 표현하는지가 매우 중요하며, 이에 대한 연구가 필요한 실정이다. 이 연구는 3D 지적의 표현 기법에 대한 기초연구로써, 단독 시스템 또는 개방형 플랫폼(Open Platform) 등에서 3D 지적의 필지, 권리공간, 물리적 객체 등의 표현기법을 분석하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위하여 3D 지적과 표현기법 및 시각화에 대한 국내외의 문헌조사를 실시하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 새로운 3D 지적의 표현 기법을 제시하였다.

In most Countries operating the cadastral system, a land boundary is managed by as the two-dimensional form of graphical or numerical coordinates. However, the rights of the real land are the three-dimensional form. For this reason, the investigation with regard to three-dimensional land registration is rapidly progressing. Moreover, the expression methodology for the parcel, right and object should be significantly considered in the three-dimensional Cadastre. The main purpose of this paper is to investigate on the expression methodology in 3D Cadastre. To be more specific, it is discussed about the expression of parcel, right and object in the stand-alone system or open platform. For this, the preliminary study in terms of the documentary survey was performed to Cadastre, expression methodology and visualization. A survey about expression contents in 3D Cadastre was conducted among cadastral experts to develop a new methodology of standard representation method 3D Cadastre.
