Based on Rhoades and Eisenberger's (2002) organizational support theory, this empirical study investigates the impact of organizational support on employees' knowledge sharing and whether explicit knowledge plays a mediating role in the relationship between organizational support and tacit knowledge sharing. Through a survey of 426 participants in South Korea companies. Our findings indicate that employees' perception of organizational support affects employees' intention to knowledge sharing. The results showed POS positively affected employee's intention to sharing of tacit knowledge, whereas POS did not influence explicit knowledge sharing but positively mediating by tacit knowledge sharing.
