미용계열 학생들의 학교만족도가 조직 인식에 미치는 영향

A Study of Effects of School Satisfaction of Students from Cosmetology-related Departments on Organizational Perception -focus on organizational identification and organizational commitment-

This study has attempted to figure out correlations between school satisfaction and organizational perception for students from cosmetology-related departments, aiming to help them adapt well into the school organization as well as the social life. Total of 399 college students in Busan and Ulsan area were surveyed for their school satisfaction, organizational perception and the collected data have been analyzed through SPSS 18.0. As a result, it has shown that the teaching-related factors had an effect on self-esteem, teaching and colleague-related factors effected the organizational commitment, and all factors related to studying, colleague, teaching had an effect on the organizational commitment. The outcome of this study is that it is necessary to form or strengthen relationships among colleagues and develop self-esteem improvement programs in order to enhance the school satisfaction. Also it has been confirmed that the role of the teachers is important to improve the organizational perception. It is highly recommended that follow-up studies on this field should carry out to enhance students' school adaptation.
