Trust is the backbone of esprit de corps among organizational members. It provides employees with initiatives and commitments toward the organizational goal attainment, and enhances organizational performance such as productivity and profitability. Despite its importance such as organizational behavior and performance, it is relatively unknown in the literature that how this trust performance linkage works. This study analyzes both the determinants of the interpersonal relationship and the trust behaviors at the individual member level. This research project develops theoretical model and conducts empirical analysis based on original survey data and various multivariabel statistical methods.
