물류시대에 있어서 표준화와 공동화의 제고에 관한 연구

A Study on an Improvement in Standard-Co-operation of e-Logistics

최근 한국 물류산학연협회에서 개최한 물류혁신세미나에서 밝혀진 한국의 물류표준화율은 26.7%로 미국60%, 유럽 90% 등 선진국에 비해 매우 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 한국의 물류 표준화율은 지난 97년의 16.8%, 2000년 26.7%로 점차 높아지고 있다. 이처럼 물류 표준화율이 낮다는 것은 그 만큼 물류비의 중복투자 즉, 물류비가 많다는 것을 의미한다. 대한상공회의소와 산업자원부가 발표한 ″2004 기업물류비 실태조사″보고서에 따르면, 국내 기업매출액에서 물류비가 차지하는 비중은 9.9%로 2001년의 11.1%,에 비해 1.2% 낮아졌으나 이 역시 일본의 5.0%에 비하면 고비용 물류구조가 기업경쟁력의 발목을 잡고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 물류의 공동화 및 표준화를 촉진시켜 물류관련 비용을 실질적인 절감을 통하여 국제경쟁력을 제고해야 한다.

Recently most international companies think that it is their own strategies for surival in the era of globalization to manage international logistics effectively from production to final consumption, and to minimize the costs related to international logistics. Therefore the construction and effective use of international logistics information system is needed to perform international logistics management effectively. But the use of the information system of our domestic export manufacturers is in the beginning step. This is that the system is not widespread. So the purpose of this study is to verify the positive and negative aspects expected by the construction and use of the informational system, extract the expectation effects, and increase the international competitiveness of export manufacturers by improving the problems, increasing their confidence, and reducing the costs.
