전자무역결제 상용화를 위한 제 시스템의 특성별 비교에 관한 연구

A Study on Characteristic Comparison Concerning the Candidate System for Commercializing Electronic Trade Payment

현재 전자결제에 의한 무역거래방식은 초기 단계이고 특히, 우리나라의 환경에서는 전자무역결제시스템이 보편화 되지 않은 초보적인 도입단계 이다. 따라서 본 연구는 전자무역결제시스템인 Bolero, TradeCard, BeXcom, Identrus, TEDI의 접근 방법ㆍ구조적 특성ㆍ기능적 특성ㆍ역할 측면ㆍ법적 측면ㆍ실무상 적용문제ㆍ기술보안에 관하여 상호간 비교ㆍ분석을 실시하고 이를 기초로 각 결제시스템의 문제점과 그에 따른 상용화 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

International trade method utilizing an electronic payment is currently under the initial stage, in particular, which is under the beginning and introductive stage and not yet commercialized in the Korean trade environment In the study, a comparison concerning ways of approach, functional factors, structural features, role-playing and legal aspects, practical applications, and technical security problems of Bolero, TradeCard, BeXcom, Identrus, ane TEDI, that are currently candidate electronic payment system, has been carried out. As the results of the analysis and comparison, the problems in each of the payment systems were identified and a commercialization plan has been suggested as well.
