자동차 폐차서비스 표준 개발에 대한 연구

A Study for a Standard Development of an Automobile Scrapped Car Service

우리나라는 급속한 경제성장과 함께 자동차 공급의 급증으로 교통체증, 에너지 소비량의 급증, 자동차 운행 및 자동차폐차 처 리로 인한 환경오염원의 과다 배출 등 많은 문제점을 발생시키고 있다. 자동차 폐차사업자들은 대부분이 소규모 및 영세하게 운영되고 있어, 비정상적인 폐차업무처리로 인해 폐차자의 피해와 폐차처리장의 시설요건의 미비 및 처리절차를 준수하지 않아 부품의 재사용, 재활용율이 낮아 폐기물 량이 과다 발생되어 자원 계활용과 환경적인 차원에서 자동차 폐차는 이제 사회문제로 대두 되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 자동차 폐차 업무를 정상화하기 위한 폐차업무 프로세스와 최적의 시설 및 설비 요건기준에 대해 규정하는 폐차처리 표준기준 모형을 제안한다.

South Korea has recently been encountered an excessive exhaust of an environmental contamination while rising high growth of economy. Especially, a rapid increase of automobile supply causes a scraped car control, energy consumption and heavy traffic Jam. The scrapped car business owners do not well run because they are very small scale. Therefore, the unusual operation handling and junkyard facility occurs to lower reusable raters, and it does not adhere to their procedure as well. As a result, a scrapped car service field is a large range of opinion on this issue from the need to reuse scarce resources and the protection of environment of view. This study will propose the standard model about the scrapped car operation, which means it regulates the most suitable facilities, an essential condition for equipment and scraped car business process in oder to normalize a scraped car operation.
