본 연구는 국내에 도입되고 있는 녹색금융에 대해 문헌적 연구를 수행하였다. 도입초기단계로 아직은 생소한 녹색금융에 대한 개념, 역할, 부상배경과 목적으로 구분하여 상세히 소개하였다. 다음으로 국내외 녹색금융의 도입현황을 자세히 고찰하여 우리나라 녹색금융의 문제점이 무엇이며, 어떤 점들이 녹색금융의 활성화에 걸림돌이 되고 있는가를 파악하기 위해 애로사항을 구체적으로 살펴봄으로서 본 연구의 목적인 녹색금융의 활성화 및 발전 방안에 대한 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 연구 목적 달성을 위해 활성화 방안과 활성화를 위해 필요한 과제, 발전방안 등으로 구분하여 논의함으로서 우리나라 녹색금융의 발전에 미력하나마 공헌하고자 노력하였다. 마지막으로 결론을 맺음으로 연구를 완료한 바 본 연구가 녹색금융이 무엇인지 생소한 독자들에게 개념을 파악하는데 도움이 되길 바라며, 본 연구를 계기로 보다 심도 있고 질 높은 후속적 연구가 지속적으로 이루어져 녹색성장 시대를 맞이한 국내 녹색금융이 활성화되길 기대한다.
In this thesis this author carried out a study on the basis of literature for green finance which is now being introduced to our country. This author introduced in detail about concept, role and background of emergence and purpose of green finance which is still unfamiliar to us and stands at fledgling stage of its introduction into the country. By examining in detail about status of introduction of green finance into the country this author studied specifically on what are difficulties and problems in connection with green finance in our country and what are obstacles for revitalizing it. Through such process this author attempted to find measures for revitalization and progress of green finance which are purpose of this study. In order to attain objective of this study this author strived to make contribution, although meagre, to advancement of green finance in our country through studying tasks required for revitalization and measures for revitalization itself. In closing this author wishes that this study can be a help for readers" understanding concept of green finance which is still unfamiliar to many of them. Also this author also desires through the occasion of presentation of this study successive studies depth and higher quality on this subject can be followed so that our green finance this time which still stands at threshold stage can be revitalized in the new era for green growth.
