A Study on the Korean Religious Organizations

한국 종교 법인의 조직에 관한 연구

본 연구는 종교법인의 전반적인 현황과 이론적 배경을 고찰하고, 문제점과 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상호 사회 공헌의 필요성, 개방성, 신뢰 활동이 한국 교회 조직의 관계 관리에 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 한국 교회의 조직에 의해 관계 관리의 현재 상황이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 한국 교회 조직의 관계 관리는 한국 사회에서 의사소통 활동이 부족하다고 볼 수 있으며 이에 대한 개선이 필요하다는 것을 나타내고 있다. 이에 따라 지역주민과의 대외적이고 상호 개방적인 의사소통 방법이 필요하다. 셋째, 한국 교회 조직의 관계 관리의 노출에 대한 태도의 차이를 보여 주었다. 넷째, 한국 교회 조직의 관계 관리 결과로 과거의 부정적인 태도를 긍정적인 태도로 변화시킬 수 있었다. 이는 대중 태도의 변화에 큰 영향을 보여 준 결과이다.

The followings are the summation of the study results. First, it showed the need for mutual social contribution, open relationship, trusted activity and devoted behaviors in relationship management of the Korean church organization. Second, it showed that the present situation of the relationship management by the Korean church organization was insufficient. Therefore, it expressed that the relationship management of the Korean church organization is in immediate need for the communication activity in Korean society. Third, it showed the difference in the attitude of the public accounting to the exposure of the Korean church organization"s relationship management. Fourth, it showed that the relationship management of the Korean church organization has a big influence on the changes in the public attitude changing the negative attitude of the past into the positive attitude as a result of the relationship management.
