국가 산업발전의 근간으로서의 사회 간접자본인 전력 시스템의 고도화를 위해 전력 배급 네트워크와 정보 네트워크의 결합을 통한 지능화된 스마트그리드 네트워크는 미래형 전력시스템으로 각광을 받고 있다. 스마트그리드 안에서 마이크로그리드는 한 지역에서의 전력의 생산·분배·수요의 충족을 책임지는 국지적인 전력 네트워크이다. 이는 전력의 생산·분배·소비의 효율화를 위한 스마트그리드의 한 구성요소로서 전체 스마트그리드 네트워크의 운영의 유연성과 효율적 전력생산에 중요한 역할을 담당한다. 이 논문은 스마트그리드 네트워크에서 상위의 발전회사나 배분회사와의 쌍무적 계약 관계를 전제로 주어진 전력 가격에 따라 마이크로그리드가 경제적인 동기에 따라 어떻게 최적의 전력 생산량을 결정하는지를 연구한다. 특히 마이크로그리드의 활성화를 위해 누진적인 전력 가격구조가 주어졌다고 가정하고, 이를 반영하여 두 계약 당사자들의 의사결정 모형을 다단계의 구간 선형 함수를 통해 수리적으로 제시하고 마이크로그리드의 모형 분석을 통해 해석적으로 최적 전력생산량에 대한 해를 도출한다. 또한 최적 전력생산량과 전력 가격과의 관계 분석을 통해 스마트그리드에서의 마이크로그리드 활성화를 위한 조건을 도출함으로써 마이크로그리드의 활성화를 위한 전력가격 정책에 대해 제안한다.

Efficient power grid system is one of fundamental social infrastructures for industrialization. Smartgrid is a power distribution network purporting to advance the efficiency of supply, damand and distirubiton of power using intelligence. For the construction of a smartgrid network, a microgrid system-as a small local power network that charges supply, demand and distribution of power in a local area-plays a critical role to produce power efficiently together with the use of renewable energy sources. As a continuent of a smartgrid, it transacts with a power distribution firm for its deficiency and surplus of power it produces locally. This paper builds up a microgrid cost minimization model for the optimal power generation, where it cost function reflect the graduated price scheme by multistep piecewise linear functions, under the assumption of bilateral transaction between a microgrid system and a power distribution firm. It also analyses the model and reduces its cost minimizing solutions analytically to understand the microgrid economical decision making. Using the resulted solutions, it finally discusses the pricing decisions to encourage the maximum power production in a microgrid system and suggest some pricing policies.
