대학생 아르바이트생의 노동인권에 관한 실증분석

Analysis of Actual Proof about Labor Human Rights of University Students who Work Part-time

본 논문은 대학생 아르바이트생의 노동인권이 너무도 열악한 환경에 놓여있음을 분석하였다. 특히 대학생 아르바이트생들이 자신의 인권을 보호해줄 근거가 되는 근로기준법을 제대로 알고 있지 못하고 있다는 점을 설문조사를 통해 확인하였으며, 이를 해결하기 위하여 대학생 아르바이트생 인권의 보호를 위한 방안을 제시한다.

This article analyses labor human rights of university students who work part-time in a poor environment. Through the survey, especially, I find most of students have little knowledge of the labor standards law to protect their human rights. That is why I suggest a method to protect human rights of university students who work part-time.
