The notion of cyclicity has been always a fashionable topic since the early transformational era, although there has been some difference in the precise definition of it. Here in this paper, cyclicity means a structure- building process in the sense of Chomsky (1995). I will try to address this notion of cyclicity in terms of feature strength and to show that cyclicity is directly deducible from feature strength by examining several English examples from a variety of constructions.
