내용교수지식(PCK) 측면에서 본 한국어 교사의 수업 사례 연구

A Case Study on the Analysis of Korean Language Class of Teachers from the PCK Aspect - focus on 4 years experienced teacher and 9 years experienced teacher-

PCK is one of the core way to develop the teachers teaching expertise of teaching. In this study, we constructed analysis the frame of PCK from literature review and analyzed characteristics of teachers’ PCK and differences of teaching experience between 4 years experienced teacher and 9 years experienced teacher- on the basis of literature review results. In order to analyse the PCKs of teachers, classroom observations, lesson plans, learning materials and interviews were documented. Equally all two teachers demonstrated best was teaching methodology PCK, but the details were different: Teacher A showed her best PCK in introducing to teaching contents, new task depending on the detailed lesson plan, and in the case of teacher B, she demonstrated her best PCK in carrying out the class on the basis of students' competence and efficient response on spontaneous questions, TOPIK preparation. Because each teacher's PCKs are based on a variety of backgrounds, at the same time are flexible, they will be able to be improved and developed through the continuous efforts, such as the reflecting of the analysis of their own teaching behaviors, the observation of colleagues’ performances, class consulting etc.(Silla University)
