Owing to progress of food fashion in artistic concept and social relationships party like, party culture which was unfamiliar notion even until 1990's early stage is newly popularized into a comfortable party style that is not operation of a special stratum but that of an ordinary social member at the time of 1990's late stage. English-style tea party practicality, spontaneity, sufficiency, elegance atmosphere is a peculiar has a merit that matches with modern dining out business marketing which pursues convenience, health, composure. Thus, main contents explain formation background of English-style tea party and party planning order and food space decoration for its direction. Despite growth of eating out market and building of new eating out culture, party culture is not yet familiar with the public. At the time of this, if English-style tea party culture is applied to launching party for new product advertisement, business reception party and social meeting, simple and effective food arrangement will create economic profit and romantic atmosphere in party.
