기계경비업체의 경영실적에 대한 사례연구

Case Study on Security Company's Management Performance

본 연구는 기계경비업체(에스원)의 ① 2008년부터 2013년까지 사업목적 변화, ② 2007년부터 2013년까지 판매실적 변화, ③ 2007년부터 2013년까지 영업실적 및 재무상태 변화 등 경영실적에 대한 사례연구를 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 문헌분석, 기술통계 및 그래프 분석을 실시하였다. 이와 같은 연구목적과 연구방법을 통하여 도출한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기계경비업체(에스원)의 2008년부터 2013년까지 사업목적은 지속적으로 확대되는 추세를 보이고 있다. 둘째, 기계경비업체(에스원)의 2007년부터 2013년까지 판매실적은 지속적으로 증가하는 추세를 보이고 있다. 셋째, 기계경비업체(에스원)의 2007년부터 2013년까지 영업실적 및 재무상태는 경상이익과 당기순이익은 일부 감소하고, 자본총계와 부채 총계는 일부 증가하고 있다(우수한 흑자기조를 유지하고 있으며, 자산 총계는 증가하고 있다). 따라서 학계에서는 기계경비업체 등 민간경비업체의 경영실적에 대한 사례연구를 통해 다양한 민간경비 발전방안을 제시하고, 민간경비 실무현장에서는 지속가능경영을 위한 중ㆍ장기 경영정책 수립에 최선의 노력을 경주해야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to analysis Security Company(S1)'s management performance, such as ① change of business purpose from 2008 to 2013, ② change of sales performance from 2007 to 2013, ③ change of business results and financial state from 2007 to 2013. The followings are the results of this study. First, Security Company(S1)'s business purpose had been expanded consistently from 2008 to 2013. Second, Security Company(S1)'s sales performance had been increased consistently from 2007 to 2013. Third, Security Company(S1)'s ordinary income & net profit had been decreased a little, and the company's capital & debt had been increased a little from 2007 to 2013(Security Company(S1) had maintained high surplus trend and had increased assets from 2007 to 2013).
