이 글에서는 피케티의 『21세기 자본』이 제기한 문제설정을 마르크스 경제학의 기존 성과와 대비하면서 향후 연구의 시사점을 찾아보고자 한다. 한국 경제의 마르크스비율에 대한 추계에 기초하여, “피케티에서 마르크스로”와 “마르크스에게서 피케티로”의 두 가지 방향이 가능함을 주장한다.
This paper tries to find points of further research from the perspective of Thomas Piketty’s Capital in the Twenty-First Century. Based upon novel estimation of Marxian ratios with Korean empirical data, it is argued that both “Marx after Piketty” and “Piketty after Marx” are plausible research directions.
