An empirical study was carried out to analyze the relationships among Chinese leadership (independent variables), partner attitude (a mediating variable), and inter-organizational explicit knowledge sharing (a dependent variable) through Hierarchical Regression Analysis, Structural Equation Modelling and Path Analysis. The results of statistical analysis show are summarized as follows: First, virtuous leadership was found to influence a positive and significant impact on explicit knowledge sharing through hierarchical regression analysis. Second, benevolent leadership, virtuous leadership and hierarchical leadership were found to influence a positive and significant impact on partner attitude through hierarchical regression analysis, structural equation modelling and path analysis. Third, partner attitude was found to influence a positive and significant impact on explicit knowledge sharing in hierarchical regression analysis, structural equation modelling and path analysis. Fourth, partner attitude as a mediating variable was found to affect the relationship between virtuous leadership and explicit knowledge sharing. Partner attitude as a mediating variable was found to affect the relationship between benevolent leadership and explicit knowledge sharing as seen in the structural equation modelling and path analysis done in this study.
