사회복지전공 대학생들의 에이즈에 대한 지식, 태도 및 행태

Knowledge, Attitudes and Behaviors about AIDS of Social Work Student's

본 연구는 사회복지전공 대학생 192명을 대상으로 2012년 12월 1일부터 12월 5일까지 에이즈에 대한 지식과 태도, 행태의 자료를 수집하였다. 에이즈에 대한 사회적 표상으로 92.7%가 부정적으로 생각했으며, HIV 감염인/에이즈 환자를 위한 기관에서 자원봉사활동과 취업희망여부에 대해 '감염의 위험성', '심리적 두려움'을 갖고 있었고, 에이즈에 대한 지식은 4점 만점 중 2.84점(±1.07)이었고, 성별ㆍ종교유무와는 유의미한 차이가 없었고, 교육기관(년제)ㆍ학년과는 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 교육기관이 2년제보다 4년제 사회복지전공 대학생이 에이즈에 대한 지식정도가 높았고(r=.240, p<.01), 에이즈에 대한 태도로 차별의식은 일반적 특성과는 유의미한 차이가 없었고 에이즈에 대한 지식이 높을수록 차별의식 점수는 낮았다. 따라서 HIV 감염인/에이즈 환자를 위한 전문화된 사회복지서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 사회복지전공 대학생에게 에이즈에 관한 올바른 교육을 제공하여 이들에 대한 차별의식을 낮추면서 동시에 HIV 감염인/에이즈 환자를 위한 복지를 발전시켜 나갈 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다.

This research from 2012, December 1 to 5 had collected knowledge, attitudes and behaviors about AIDS of 192 social work student's data. 92.7% students had negative ideas about social representation of AIDS, infection riskiness, psychological fear that lies beneath volunteer working and desire for job seeking included the establishment for HIV infectee/AIDS patients, and 2.84(1.07) out of 4 about student's AIDS knowledge, There is not meaningful difference related to gender, religion or not, on the other hand, it is slightly distinguished from educational institution(school year system), grade. Senior college's students in social work have had knowledge standard of AIDS better than junior college in that(r=.240, p<.01), and discrimination consciousness about AIDS comes high, the less discrimination score is situated. According to the result of this study, in order that supplying the specialized social services to HIV infectee/AIDS patients, as correct (preventive) education about AIDS should provide decreasing discrimination mind in social work students, growing welfare concerned HIV infectee/AIDS patients is important at the same time.
