중국 물류단지 발전 현황 및 개선방안에 관한 연구

A Study on the Current Status and Improvement of Chinese Logistics Park

1990년대부터 중국의 물류산업은 중국경제의 고속성장과 함께 발전해왔으며 중국의 물류단지는 1998년 평호물류기지 건설을 시작으로 현재에 이르기까지 단계적인 발전과정을 거쳐 왔다. 중국 물류단지의 형태는 한국의 물류단지와 달리 보세구역 내 시설에 물류기능을 추가하여 보세물류원구라는 독특한 형태를 가지고 있으며 이러한 보세물류원구를 시작으로 점차 전국적으로 물류단지가 설립되었다. 그러나 이러한 중국 물류단지의 설립은 물류산업의 발전으로 이루어지기보다는 토지이용의 비효율을 초래하고 물류기업에 손해를 끼치는 등 여러 문제점을 발생시켰으며 이러한 문제점들은 물류단지의 건전한 발전을 넘어 물류산업의 활성화를 위해 반드시 해결되어야 하는 문제이다. 본 연구의 목적은 중국 물류단지의 발전 과정과 그 현황을 파악함으로써 그 문제점을 도출하고 그에 대한 개선방안을 제시함으로써 중국 물류단지와 산업의 발전과 활성화에 기여함과 동시에 중국 물류단지에 진입하고자 하는 한국 물류기업에게 시사점을 주고자 함이다.

Since 1990s Chinese Logistics Industry has developed with rapid growth of Chinese economy and Chinese Logistics Park has gone through stepwise process after building Pyeongho logistics park in 1998. A form of Chinese logistics park has unique form called bonded logistics park which adds logistics function to facilities in bonded area and beginning with these bonded logistics park Chinese logistics parks have established on a national scale. However the establishment of Chinese logistics park made some trouble like inefficient of land usage and harmful influence to logistics enterprises and these troubles have to be settled for invigoration of logistics industry beyond a healthy development of logistics park. The first purpose of this study is contribute to the development and invigoration of Chinese logistics park and industry by drawing the problems and improvement through a study about Chinese logistics parks' process of development and the current state and the second purpose of this study is to give some implications to Korean logistics enterprises which attempt to enter the Chinese logistics parks.
