A Study on Strategy of International Trade Growth in Goyang City

In this study, examined in the current industry structure in Goyang city. Next, Goyang s GRDP were compared with other cities of Gyeonggi-do. Also examined on flower industry, exhibition/convention industry, convergence of broadcast industry in the strategy industry of Goyang. In Ⅲ chapter, researched about the suitability of Goyang and trade and looked at the relationship between trade. and studied human/physical infrastructure of Goyang. Also examined with respect to the current international trade volume of Goyang. In Ⅳ chapter, looked to find a strategic execution plan for established a trade development strategy and model of Goyang. The first strategic plan is trade knowledge infrastructure. Details items are trade practice training support, incubation and consulting support. The second is create the trade cluster. In this regard we presented idea of two. the first is cluster of trade firms and other is a trade cooperative association If this strategy successful, it is possible to obtain the following effects. First, the development of trade-related industries. Second, restructuring the sector through business conversion of small-scale vendors. Third, the creation of High quality jobs. Fourth, increase international awareness of Goyang city. In the end these effects can be expected to change into the extraordinary trade city from ordinary Goyang city.
