교육요구 우선순위 결정을 위하여 설문조사를 이용하는 기존 방법 보완 연구

Complementing a Typical Educational Needs Analysis Using a Survey in Setting the Priority of the Needs

이 연구의 목적은 HRD나 평생교육, 형식교육 영역에서 교육훈련 프로그램 개발을 위해 사용되는 교육요구분석 방법들을 개관하고 보다 타당한 방법을 제안하는 것이다. 이를 위해 연구자는 국내 38개 국립대의 6급 계장급을 대상으로 교직원 역량모델 및 교육요구도 파악을 위해 수행된 설문 연구자료 309개를 이용하였다. 연구자는 연구자료의 분석을 통해 조대연(2009)이 제안하는 방법인 현재수준과 중요수준에 대한 t 검정의 실시, Borich 요구도를 통한 순위 결정, The Locus for Focus 모델을 통한 보완에 더해 교육필요성을 묻는 설문을 추가하여 이 수치를 교육요구도를 파악하는데 이용할 것을 제안한다. 기본적으로 연구자가 제안하는 방법이 의미하는 바는 Borich의 요구도 분석방법을 통해 결정된 우선순위 항목이 반드시 교육적 처방에 의해 해결되어야만 하는 것은 아닐 수 있다는 점을 시사하고 있다.

The purpose of this study is to review the need analysis methods used for developing educational training programs in human resource development, lilfelong education, and school education fields. Also, this study will suggest more appropriate needs analysis method for future research. For those purpose, this study used data from 308 surveys which were gathered from line managers of 38 national universities. The survey was about competency model and educational needs of the research participants. Through the data analysis, this study suggest the new method using educational needs question items adding to the methods using t-test, Borich needs analysis formula, and The Locus for Focus model. Basically, this study shows that the priority comes from Borich analysis method would not the order for educational intervention.
