An Analysis of Effecting North Korea's Emotion to Willingness to Pay for Unification

통일비용은 막대하게 소요될 것으로 추정된다. 이에 비해 국민들의 통일비용 지불의사는 높지 않다. 통일에 대비하여 통일세 징수와 같은 방법으로 하여 통일자금을 마련해 놓아야 한다. 통일세 징수를 위해서는 국민들의 통일비용 지불의사를 높여야 한다. 북한에 대한 부정적 인식을 타파하여 북한주민을 생각할 때 동족의식과 유대감을 제고시킬 수 있는 방법을 찾아야 한다. 북한을 적대시하는 이념교육하에서는 북한이 아무리 어려운 환경에 처하더라도 도와주고 싶은 생각이 들지 않을 것이다. 북한을 생각할 때 하얀색, 백의민족이라는 생각이 들면 북한이 어려울 때 기꺼이 도와주고 싶은 생각이 들 것이다. 따라서 북한에 대한 부정적 감성을 긍정적 감성으로 변화시키는 통일교육이 필요한 것이다.

Recently, the situation of East Asia is rapidly changing in a sense that a complex nature of East Asian geopolitical conditions might hasten the unification or fixate the separate states of two Koreas. In this regard, current researches could step forward from the unification policies conventionally derived from assuming away the unification in the unknown future. When we actively pursue unification policies through advancing North-South relations in a mutually beneficial manner, the cost of unification is not necessarily considered as the concept of 'x-post'expenditure to make up for an economic gap between South and North, but as that of 'x-anti'investment in order for the unified Korea to enter into an advanced country. The purpose of this study is to improve south Korea's willingness to pay for unification by invetigating north Korea's emotion. Also this study analysis change of willingness to pay unification cost and unification policy. Analysis tool of this study is structural equation. We need unification education and unification policy changing negative north Korea's emotion to positive north Korea's emotion to improve willingness to pay when south and north reunifies.
